I created 48 of these gift card holders to donate between two local churches that were collecting gift cards for the Colorado Marshall Fire. The ones I created for the churches used a retired Designer Series Paper (DSP) called “Sunshine & Sprinkles” (see video below) and I also used a sentiment from a retired stamp set called “Very Versatile”. The one I created for my MoJOY Monday card (featured here) is made with all current products that are listed below. However, the Sunshine & Rainbows DSP is a Sale-A-Bration product and can only be earned with a $50 order before February 28, 2022.
I love color so I had a lot of fun creating this card. My favorite part was how I stumbled across a way to use one of my favorite punches (Double Oval Punch). This technique accomplished 3 steps for this card with one punch. Below are images of what this card looks like holding a gift card and how the message is revealed when the gift card is removed.
