Today’s card was inspired by a card created during a Stampin’ Up! Event that I attended on Saturday called Creativity Now. Christa Ekker is a Concept Artist at Stampin’ Up! and she was the first presenter at this event. Her card used different colors. I changed it up a little bit to fit my own style. I was very happy to have a basic idea for today’s card because I have been busy getting ready for a DIY class that I am doing with a couple of friends tonight.
As you have seen from my blog, I am involved with doTERRA oils as well as Mary & Martha products. My video today will also show you a new purchase that I made to hold my new Illustrated Bible that I received as a gift from a very close friend. Plus, you will also see in my video a picture of the DIY projects that we are making at our first DIY class tonight.
If you live in my area (Arvada, CO) and interested in being notified about any of these DIY classes, please send me an email (choosejoywithcarmen@gmail.com) letting me know so that I can put you on my email list for future classes.
Here was the card that was created by Christa that I used as my inspiration on today’s card. If I find a better picture, I will replace this one that is not that clear. I just took a screen shot of the card during the event.
